Dr. Fred Leahy
Dr. Fred Leahy got his undergraduate degree majoring in Chemistry at Emory University and continued on for his degree in dentistry at the Emory University School of Dentistry in Atlanta. After graduating Dr Leahy returned to the community he grew up in to become first an associate then partner at the Fanwood Dental Group for the past 2 decades. Dr Leahy is skilled in providing all facets of dentistry including cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, wisdom tooth removal, root canal, and gum therapy and is a Premier Provider for Invisalign and a Top Doc by Children's Health Magazine. This community is important to Dr Leahy as evidenced by his charitable work including serving on the Board of Directors at the Fanwood Scotch Plains YMCA and spending many years as the Chair of the Fanwood Recreation Commission. Dr. Anthony J. Massenzio Jr. D.M.D.
Dr. Anthony Massenzio received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall and D.M.D. from UMDNJ (now Rutgers Dental School). After graduating at the top of his class, Dr. Massenzio and his wife relocated to Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota where he was responsible for all the dental needs of the Sioux Indians in a hospital-based practice. After one year, Dr. Massenzio entered a post graduate program through Harvard School of Dental Medicine and the National Institute of Health where he traveled around the United States performing a broad range of population examinations and statistical analysis. After a year of participation in this program, Dr. Massenzio and his wife returned to their home state of New Jersey and purchased a home in Fanwood. Dr. Massenzio has been taking care of the broad and comprehensive dental health care needs of his patients for over 43 years, serving adults and children alike. Dr. Massenzio prioritizes the needs of his patients, whom he considers to be part of the Fanwood Dental Group family. Continuing his education and professional evolution in dentistry and helping to solve the health care and cosmetic needs of his patients in all facets of dental care is his passion and love. Dr. Massenzio is also a lifetime member of the American Dental Association, the Central Dental Society, and the New Jersey Dental Association. Along with those lifetime memberships, Dr. Massenzio is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Society of Oral Implantology, and the Society of Endodontists.
